Split, Croatia

Our next stop was the historic town of Split, Croatia. The city is built around Diocletian's Palace which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The winding streets and old buildings are now filled with modern shops and restaurants. It's an amazing combination of old architecture and new retail. The views of the ocean and the outdoor restaurants make it a perfect escape.
